Saponification help

I am trying to make a soap with Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil and Castor Oil.

What would be an easiest step for lab batch? How do I calculate the % Oils and % KOH used in the process.

Glycerin or water as aqueous phase?

KOH is for liquid soap, NaOH for bars.

Just curious..for a liquid soap, would I need to make a soap of oils and KOH and then incorporate into a water-glycerin mixture?? Or is it just a oil in water emulsification process?
