Anti-aging face cream: must add ingredients?

I'd like to try and make an anti-aging face cream and I was wondering if anyone have some pointers on what must have ingredients I would need to add?

Using for example this:

I'd like to combine sunscreens with retinoic acid, together with ingredients with low comedogenicity. I have no idea how to source retinoic acid, the only suppliers through the buyers guide are in China?

I'm a huge fan of the elastomeric gel method of making cosmetics, and there are some carbomer type systems that work the same way - just add water and stir.

Retinoic acid (tretinoin) is a drug. So, you can just use it in drugs, not in cosmetics.

Thank you Robert, that was my first choice, but as I said most companies that offer retinoic acid are based in China.

And what do you mean by elastomeric gel method of making cosmetics?

Eliza, the example does not contain retinoic acid, contains retinol. Retinol (vitamin A) and retinoic acid (tretinoin) are very different things. Retinol can be used in cosmetics (in Brazil and maybe also in EU, up to 0.3%). Retinoic acid, even in EU, can be used only in drugs (and only prescription drugs).
